The boarding house with the total usable area of 7421.23 m2 was put into operation in May 2005. It has 146 beds in single and double rooms, and two suites. Rooms are of high standard, spacious, adapted for disabled people. The boarding house has access to wireless internet. The building has a reception, gym, fitness rooms, chill-out room and conference rooms. The building is connected by a glass corridor with the swimming pool and wellness rooms. Pets are not allowed in the building.
